Wolf Klitzing, Ph.D., CTRS Course Description: In-depth analysis of disabilities and impact on therapeutic recreation intervention. Course Overview: The selection of effective therapeutic recreation interventions requires in-depth understanding of disabilities, including but not limited to, prevalence, etiology, biopsychosocial implications, pharmacology, assistive or adaptive equipment, and contraindications for recreation and leisure participation.
