COURSE OVERVIEW This course involves the introduction of the discipline of agronomy and plant science, starting with the plant cell and concluding to the mature plant. A substantial part of the course will involve the discussion of factors that alter crop growth and development. The laboratory activities are designed to acquaint the student with the basic understanding of plant growth and development, with emphasis on major agronomic crops of the world. |
